Brace yourself for an upcoming onslaught of weight loss teas that will probably claim to be a new bread of carb-blockers.
Researchers from the Minneapolis Veterans Affairs Medical Center discovered that drinking a mixture of green, black and mulberry teas decreases carbohydrate absorption, which may help keep sugar cravings at bay.
The study was small and rather confusing. It is not clear why the subjects in this study lost weight.
