I tried emailing the form twice, and got no reply. The site said if that happened to send email to [<em>edited</em>]. That email was returned to me as "permanently undeliverable." So I went to the [<em>edited</em>] site where I was invited to post a comment, which I attempted to do. It bounced back flagged that I had made too many posts, even though that was the first time I had attempted to post there! The book contains a lot of useful information, in a more organized manner that his previous "UltraMetabolism" book, but their online support leaves me Ultra-Unimpressed!
