		<description>I have not read the book yet. But I am a registered nurse and do believe in the vegan diet. I also believe in supplements. Much disease and inflamation of the system is caused by poor diets. Inflamation in your body can turn into disease. The green leafy diet will help keep the body more alkaline instead of acidic. Free radicals love a more acidic PH.</description>

My husband just had a colonopcopy and they found benign polupts but one large one was the type that will eventually turn cancerous so we found this book just at the right time!</description>

		<description>If you want to call this book bland because you are so afraid to give up your precious meat, then go ahead.  But yes, a vegan diet IS the healthiest, ask Dr. Oz, or Dr. Barnard or Dr. Ornish or read The China Study.  Grass-fed meats are more a myth than reality in a culture where 95% of our meats come from horrific (healthwise and cruelty wise) factory farms.  The recipes in this book are so creative and interesting and DELICIOUS!</description>
