“Lauren really wanted to tone her arms and legs – she was happy with what she had, but she wanted to take it to the next level,” says her trainer Jarett Del Bene.

So he got her to do circuit training three days a week. (She does lunges, squats, push-ups, pull-ups and free weights.)

The other days, she does cardio like hiking, running and kickboxing. “I love waking up early and going on an hour hike. It’s the perfect start to my day,” says Lauren. [source: In Touch]
