The Hills is addictive reality show at its best with Audrina Patridge in the thick of it. In a recent interview, here is what she has reveled about how she stays in shape.
Have you always had a good relationship with your body?
Definitely. My mom has a good body, so I’m lucky to have the body I have. I’ve always been in shape; I’ve danced since I was really little and I was on the swim team.
Do you work out?
I’ve been training with a trainer. At the start of the season, we had a routine, but now we don’t have time. We were on a strict diet that the trainer gave us, but I couldn’t stick to it. I need food or I get really bitchy and light-headed. Lauren did really good with it, but it made me really sick. [source: OK!]
