Researchers have ranked the 50 foods highest in antioxidants, which are linked to reduced risk of heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and other health problems.
Topping the chart are spices and herbs – cloves lead the way, followed by oregano, ginger, cinnamon, and turmeric.
In the category of highest antioxidant content per serving, the honors go to blackberries, followed by walnuts, strawberries, artichokes, cranberries, coffee, raspberries, pecans, blueberries, grape juice, and unsweetened baking chocolate.
