The Gabriel Method by Jon Gabriel. I have mixed feelings about The Gabriel Method: The Revolutionary DIET-FREE Way to Totally Transform Your Body. Sure, you do not see the likes of Joh Gabriel’s weight loss every day. How much weight has he lost? An astounding amount, he went from 409 pounds to 184 pounds, which is clearly inspiring.

But will The Gabriel Method work you? That is why I said that I have mixed feelings about Gabriel’s approach to weight loss. It is not a typical diet book that tells you what to eat, what not to eat, and how to exercise to maximize fat loss. In short, if you are looking for a diet to follow, this book is not for you.

The Gabriel Method is about psychology of weight loss, if you will. You may not realize this, but if you are overweight, there is a good chance that you have a number of self-limiting believes that are tied to your body image, which subconsciously lead to several self-distractive patterns such as overeating, not exercising and consuming too many sweats.

The Gabriel Method is designed to help you get rid of these self-distractive patterns, which hopefully will help you lose weight.
