This looks like a good resource! I have been taking Vidazorb probiotics, and actually our whole family has! I have read how great probiotics are for helping with weight and that this particular brand is safe for diabetics. It says on the website that the sweetener is recognized as safe by the American Diabetes Assoc and the FDA which is fantastic! So- as I continue taking these (and our family) I will also look into your book for additional expertise in this area. Thanks so much, Caroline
