The Chocolate Diet

Before the “chocoholics” start rejoicing, the Chocolate Diet is not the answer. It requires loading up on liquids and using a chocolate powder, supplement or pill to blend with milk or water.
This plan is supposed to act as a vitamin replacement, fight against heart disease, high blood pressure and replenish your body.
And while recent studies have shown that chocolate contains antioxidants, which prevent your arteries from getting clogged up, you can easily replace that with your favorite fruit or fruit juice.
