Your Big Fat Boyfriend by Jenna Bergen. Your Big Fat Boyfriend: How to Stay Think When Dating a Diet Disaster explains how to avoid dating-induced weight gain. “You can’t eat like a man (and still fit in your pants),” says the author.
Food Matters by Mark Bittman. Is it possible to help the earth, spend less and lose weight at the same time? The answer is yes, it is possible to lose weight without spending a lot of money. How can you help save the environment while you are trying to lose weight? Here is a hint: eat locally. [via]
