Suzy Preston: Post-Baby Weight Loss PlanAfter losing 95 pounds on The Biggest Loser, it was hard for Suzy Preston to see the weight creep back on when she got pregnant. “Four months before I got pregnant, I was in the best shape ever,” she says.

“I’d got all the excess skin removed and was feeling the best I ever had.” Her anxiety about gaining weight got so bad that she was having panic attacks during her regular weigh-ins with her doctor. “I had to stop looking at the scale,” she says.

But while it’s been hard for her to see her body changing after all the hard work she put in, Suzy can’t wait for her son with Biggest Loser winner Matt Hoover to be born around July 6.

“This pregnancy thing is overrated, but I am really excited about being a mom,” she says. And Suzy already has a post-baby weight-loss plan: “I got a jogging stroller. My goal is to be able run the five miles a day I was doing before I got pregnant.” [via]
