Stubborn Belly Fat?

Stubborn Belly Fat?Who does not think that belly fat is stubborn, right? Well, I do not. I have a theory about this: Belly fat is not stubborn.

It just bugs us more than, say, thigh fat, because it is so darn visible. It is right there, out in the open, the first thing that enters the room. It is very annoying.

I am talking about something so simple that you might actually cry when you hear this, so have some tissue ready. It is all about breakfast, baby! That’s right, eating breakfast every morning may help you lose belly fat.

Researchers at the University of Southern California at Los Angeles report that those who regularly have breakfast have less belly fat than those who do not eat breakfast. Do it!

In other news, Hershey’s came out with a new chocolate bar. Whole Bean Chocolate bar packs 6 grams more fiber and 40 percent less sugar than other bars. But calories are basically the same, 200, so keep that in mind.
