Exercise: Standing EZ Bar Curl.

Why: Because standing EZ bar curl is an excellent exercise for biceps development.

How to do standing EZ bar curl: Stand erect with an underhand, shoulder-width grip on an EZ bar. Maintain a firm stance with your upper arms pinned to your sides throughout the movement. With the barbell resting across your thighs, curl the weight up until the bar almost touches your upper chest. Squeeze your biceps and slowly lower.

Standing EZ bar curl tip: To emphasize the biceps, do not swing your body. Swinging the weight is cheating!
