    I would love a copy of this. I think we have all been taught to fear carbs and recipe books can typically be a little dry and boring. A fresh take and approach would be nice! Happy Wednesday everyone,

    I just got diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. I am so confused about the carb thing.. this book would really help~!

    I unfortunately have an extensive history of diabetes in my family, which includes my mother, father and brother to name just a few. I am 54-years-old and trying extremely hard not to be the next diabetic in my family, with healthier eating and exercise. I would really enjoy this cookbook and feel that it would help me tremendously in my endeavor.

    i live with 3 other dudes. healthy eating is not even close at the top of the list. but im getting fat like my dad so i need to do something now about it. i work alot & dont really have the time or energy for lots of exercise. a book like this would get me focused on dieting with recipes to follow, i would have the food ready for all meals at home & work. and even after coming back from the bars i wouldnt be stopping at some fast food joint on my way home.
