1. Use a rope attachment on a cable machine. Grasp the rope ends in each hand and pull them down to your sides, so your arms are straight and your hands are shoulder-width apart.

2. Keeping your elbows close to your body, let the rope ends rise up until your elbows reach 90 degrees.

3. Slowly push the rope ends down to the starting position, bending only at the elbows. Work up to three sets of 15 reps, and increase the weight as you gain strength. [source: You24]
