I have worn them everyday since. They have been comfortable from the first moment I put them on but I can really feel them in my abs, calves and butt. It has already amped up my workout which had hit a plateau ad I have started losing weight again without having to change my routine at all. I will let you know in a month though whether i have lost weight or inches. As for their look, first of all there are various styles and colors. I have the white silver and blue and they actually look pretty cute. In fact, I have gotten compliments. I only buy sneakers that make you a few inches taller anyway, so I would get these even if they didn't help shape your legs. I can't wait to buy a pair. Since wearing them on my daily walks I feel and see a difference in my legs, rear and stomach. It took a couple days to find my stride in them. Either way I just had ankle surgery and there was damage - I've been in so much pain - it's gone with these shoes. Not better, GONE!
