How would you judge Simon Cowell shirtless? Does he have a beach body or what? I think he looks okay, not bad for a guy who smokes a pack a day and does not really exercise.
His arms do look girlish though, what are they 15 inches, maybe? So how would you rate Simon Cowell shirtless on the scale of 1 (the lowest) to 5 (the highest). [source: In Touch]

Mate, if you think those are 15 inch arms there’s something wrong. At the most they’re 13 and a half (twigs)
