Simon Cowell: Diet and Workout
“Don’t take anything seriously,� says Simon Cowell. So does he at least take his diet and workout seriously?
No, not really. His diet is surprisingly simple, maybe even boring.
While Cowell is not a big drinker, according to his friend, he can sank a bottle of a good wine “without too much trouble� during a dinner. But he usually drinks Coca-Cola or water with a meal.
As for his food, Simon Cowell likes spaghetti bolognese, a Sunday roast, or chicken curry. And do not count on seeing him doing one-arm pull-ups or barbell squats either.
“His immaculate appearance is carefully crafted, and involves a daily regime of 200 press-ups, lots of creams, and a packet or two of cigarettes.�
