While some people are ashamed of having plastic surgery, others are thankful for it and are not afraid to talk about it. “I exercised like mad but I just couldn’t work it off,” says Shar Jackson of her post-baby belly.

After being scarred by stretch marks from being pregnant with four children, Shar Jackson says she finally feels sexy again and can’t wait to show off her fab new figure!

In an interview with In Touch, Kevin Federline’s ex-fiancée revealed why she spent $15,000 on a tummy tuck and breast-lift and how she got back the body of her dreams.

“I feel sexy and amazing. I’m looking forward to wearing two-piece swimsuits this year. The last time I wore a bikini was when I was 16,” says Shar.

“For a long time, my figure was like my badge of honor,” the Moesha star explains, but her stomach became so stretched after repeated pregnancies that no amount of diet, exercise or creams helped.

Before her plastic surgery, Shar admitted that she was nervous, but she said her doctors were amazing.

“I tried everything, but nothing got rid of the stretch marks.” Shar finally resorted to the surgery, which was performed on January 26 by two top Hollywood specialists, Dr. Michael Niccole and Dr. GhadaY.Afifi.

“It’s pretty nasty,” Shar says of the four-hour surgery that included sewing her stomach muscles back together.

“The amazing thing about this surgery is the short recovery time. Within four weeks, she was feeling great again,” explains Dr. Niccole.

The “Mommy procedure” involves a breast-lift followed by a tummy tuck that tightens the abdomen to get rid of stretch marks and loose skin.

Shar was amazed at how smooth her stomach became. “I hadn’t seen it like that for 13 years!” she says.

And now the single mom is already planning how she’s going to celebrate having a hot new body! “Me and my girls are going to Las Vegas, and I’m going to go shopping for a weekend’s worth of outfits,” she says.
