We know that Seth Rogen is losing weight, but how much weight has he lost so far? And what is he doing to lose weight? Has he been eating less fat, carbs, calories – has he been exercising like crazy?

It took Seth about nine months to lose 30 pounds. His diet of choice? Harley Pasternak’s 5-Factor Diet. He has not been exercising like crazy, but he does exercise (think some cardio and moderate weightlifting).

Will Seth be able to maintain the weight he has lost? It is hard to tell.
