Just when it seemed - as if all hope was lost for women to hear a voice of reason - Scarlett Johansson comes out swinging at unrealistic standards set by entertainment and couture industries.

According to Starpulse, Johansson tries to stay fit and healthy – but not by starving herself into thinness - which she finds unhealthy and unattractive. She also thinks that she does not “need to be skinny to be sexy“. Who can argue with that?

If Scarlet Johansson will change her mind about that and starts losing weight – as a form of protest - I will go on Grapefruit Diet and will do 500 crunches every day. Nah, I am just kidding.

But speaking of diets - although many diet gurus would want us to believe otherwise - dieting is not always healthy. Johansson knows that, she says, “I think America has become obsessed with dieting rather than focusing on eating well, exercising and living a healthy life.”

And some of you may have thought that women in Hollywood are just pretty faces. Obviously, some – for-instance Scarlett Johansson and Jessica Biel - are not only fit and healthy - but also drop-dead gorgeous, sexy, and smart.
