Sabrina Bryan: Weight Loss and WorkoutUnlike other celebrities who take a spin on Dancing with the Stars, Cheetah Girl Sabrina Bryan ended up losing weight after she was voted off the show last October. “It’s been a progressive getting-in-shape,” says Bryan. “It’s nice to finally feel the [extra weight] going away!”

How much weight, the 5′0″ Bryan isn’t sure. “I never stepped on a scale – I don’t like to get caught up in numbers,” she explains.

But she estimates it’s about 15 lbs., thanks to healthier food choices, three-times-a-week cardio workouts on the treadmill and elliptical, and Pilates exercises.

One thing’s for sure: Although she’s enjoying going from a size 6 to a 2 (”I’ve had to get a bunch of new jeans – it was awesome”), Bryan says the best part about being fit is the energy she has: “The compliments are nice, but the best part is I feel really strong and confident!” [via]
