Here is Sabrina Bryan’s diet:
Breakfast Then: 2 eggs sunny-side up, 2 slices bacon, 2 slices sourdough toast, 1 glass orange juice.
Now: 2 scrambled egg whites, 1 slice wheat toast, 2 pieces turkey bacon.
Lunch Then: Turkey club sandwich, chips. Now: Grilled chicken salad, or half a turkey club and piece of fruit.
Dinner Then: Steak and mashed potatoes, or pasta. Now: Grilled chicken or fish and steamed vegetables.
