Ruby Gettinger’s diet is a big part of her weight loss. She follows an exercise program, but she realized that she has to change her diet to lose weight. Here is Ruby Gettinger’s diet:

Breakfast Pancakes with fruit syrup and Kashi. “At first, I was like, ‘I hate this food,’ but then my palette changed and I started craving it,” says Rubby.

Lunch Veggie burger. “In a million years, I never thought I would eat veggie burgers, but I love them,” Ruby reveals. Her meals are prepackaged from Hourglass program.

Snacks Strawberries, cottage cheese, protein bars and apple.

Dinner Fish, turkey meatloaf or grilled chicken. On her diet, Rubby consumed 3,500-4,500 calories a day. Now, she eats 1,500-1,700 calories.

What about Ruby Gettinger’s old diet? Ruby says her old diet consisted of a lot of potato chips and chocolate. “I’d eat a bag of barbecue chips and a Milky Way every night,” she explains.
