Now he is 85 pounds lighter and tells Us Weekly, “I feel a lot better!�

Think big picture “I have a family history of diabetes, so I wanted to start working out and living right,� he says.

Go green Studdard, whose album, The Return, came out in October 2006, is trying life as a vegetarian, and says “it’s been working.â€? “Since I’ve changed my diet…I have a lot more energy,â€? he tells Us.

Mix up workouts For times a week, the 6-foot-4 singer does “everything,� from the treadmill to the elliptical machine. “I work out a lot by myself,� he says. “When I’m at home I have a trainer.� [source: Us Weekly]
