Now he is 85 pounds lighter and tells Us Weekly, “I feel a lot better!”

Think big picture “I have a family history of diabetes, so I wanted to start working out and living right,” he says.

Go green Studdard, whose album, The Return, came out in October 2006, is trying life as a vegetarian, and says “it’s been working.” “Since I’ve changed my diet…I have a lot more energy,” he tells Us.

Mix up workouts For times a week, the 6-foot-4 singer does “everything,” from the treadmill to the elliptical machine. “I work out a lot by myself,” he says. “When I’m at home I have a trainer.” [source: Us Weekly]
