Keep it fresh “I switch up my routine because I get bored,” says Thomas, who likes to use an ab roller and circuit trains, alternating between jumping jacks, squats, push-ups and sit-ups.

Want abs? Jump! “If I want to lean out my stomach a little more, I do 200 jumping jacks twice a day,” she says.

Proper diet is the key “Eating right is the biggest battle. I use raw honey in place of sugar and eat bread only once in a blue moon,” says Chilli. [via]
