Reebok’s EasyTone Go Outside sneakers – are they useful? The EasyTone Go Outside sneakers remind me of the Shape Ups – are they just as pointless? Can the Reebok’s EasyTone Go Outside sneakers help you get, well, toned easily?

Created by a former rocket scientist, EasyTone Go Outside have been designed to make your leg muscles and glutes do extra work while walking, which theoretically could help make your leg muscles toned.

I think Reebok did a very good job with the EasyTone Go Outside sneakers, they look great, but how much time do you need to spend walking in these sneakers to see any benefits? I do not know – I do know, however, that if you want to make your legs look great, nothing beats barbell squats and leg presses.

And here is an even better idea: Do bodyweight or barbell squats, then put these sneakers on and go for a 30-minute walk.

    I have a pair of these and wear them for Power Walks! i love them and they are surprisingly really comfy too! I might try your idea of doing squats before my walks as well, sounds painful! lol
