Rachelle Leah’s Workout: She cancels out the effects of a sweet tooth with four weekly workouts – and varies them to keep things interesting. She boxes and jumps rope, sprints on the treadmill and performs squats and lunges.

And she learned to do ring circles – rounds of lateral running in the ring – from UFC trainer Peter Welsh. “As long as I get in there and I’m sweating, it’s a great workout,� she says.
