Rachael Ray Workout

Rachael Ray‘s workout is rather conventional. And that’s why Rachael Ray’s workout is boring. But the question is: Is Rachael Ray’s workout useful and easy to follow? Yes, Rachael Ray’s workout is doable. In fact, she claims that she lost weight fast without changing her diet and only because she started to work out.

Rachael Ray’s workout deconstructed “I used to say I would never run unless I was being chased by someone with a gun. Now I’m a little obsessed with it!” says Ray. She runs three miles on the treadmill at her local gym. When she is bored with running on the treadmill, she does the elliptical machine.

Rachael Ray’s workout is all about cardio. I do not know why she needs to run or go to the gym, simply walking would do the same trick, but if it works for her, I do not have a problem with it.

Of course, Rachael Ray’s workout can be significantly improved. Running is nice, but it is hardly the best exercise for weight loss. In fact, if your goal is to lose weight, I would argue that running is counterproductive and overrated. Walking is a much better exercise, but that is not the point. Just like a diet, a proper exercise program has to be balanced.

In short, Rachael Ray’s workout desperately needs at least a minimum amount of core exercises. I am talking about Pilates, yoga or some sort of weight training. It does not really matter what she uses, as long as she does something in addition to cardio.
