Without even giving it a second thought - you automatically go to the kitchen, pour yourself a large drink - and grab a bowl of munchies to nibble on during the program.
Solutions:
1) Establish the rule, “No eating while watching TV�.
2) Keep you hands busy – knit or sew, fold the laundry, iron, organize your tool kit, groom your pet, or balance your checkbook.
3) If all else fails, resort to household chores in other rooms.
