		<description>Queen Latifah, you go girl, and get that body in shape.  I am a 57 year old African American, and I am out there walking 4 miles four days a week.  My dear Queen, I was very happy to see you on the Jenny Craig Diet, it inspired me to get off of the couch and work it girl.

I would love it if I could work with the Jenny Craig program.  But life have got in the way, and I have to loose weight the old fashion way.  I walk 4-5 days a week, and cut out all my sodas, sugar, breads, and replace them with 6-8 glasses of water, salads, fruits, fish, vegetables, and a mixture of 3 different greens juices.   I know, this sounds like a sad diet.  But, you know, it works for me.

I have created a BBQ sauce that goes on my fish, salads, meats, and any noddles that I might choose on that day.  This sauce is my treat on the week ends.   It has 0.5 grams of fat per serving, and it would be great to introduce it to the Jenny Craig Diet program.  Thank you for giving us girls the support to want to look good, and be in good shape at the same time.
