The answer: Post-pregnancy weight loss can be a little tricky. Sure, who does not want to get back to the pre-pregnancy weight as fast as possible? But this is one of those times when you do not want to take drastic measures to lose weight.
During pregnancy your body took the time to gain all that weight, it went through a lot of stress and transformation. In 3 months, you already lost 30 pounds, which is great. Now your goal should be to give your body everything it needs to recover.

The bottom line on post-pregnancy weight loss All you need to do is to eat healthy and find some time to exercise. I am not talking about restrictive diets or strenuous workout regimes. Have a cheat day to indulge your cravings once or twice a week, but eat “clean� (protein, good fats, complex carbs, fruits and vegetables) the rest of the week.
As for exercise, you do not even need to join the gym. Walk for 30/45 minutes each day and you will drop those 20 pounds in no time.
