The Pilates Bible is a very useful book. Unlike other books on the same subject, The Pilates Bible is not only beautifully illustrated (it is really a color guide to Pilates), it is a great resource for beginners and pros alike. If you are just wondering what Pilates is all about, the book contains more than enough information for beginners.
If you are not new to Pilates and your goal is to take your skills to the next level, you will not be disappointed either. Detailed instructions for each exercise, detailed description of each exercise, easy-to-follow photos, varying exercise routines ranging from 20 to 70 minutes, tips on proper body alignment during poses and posture – it is all there. It would not be a stretch to say that The Pilates Bible is easily one of the best books I have seen on the subject in years.
