Perfect Weight America
Before I say anything else, let me get something out of the way: There is no such thing as a perfect weight. Sorry folks. A perfect weight is largely a myth.
So when I came across the title Perfect Weight America, I thought this book is talking about a perfect weight for a burger or a steak, which incidentally is about 7 oz. for the latter, in my opinion.
So what is Perfect Weight America: Change Your Diet, Change Your Life, Change Your World all about?
It is a diet program that tries to be more than just a diet program – which may cause some readers lose focus from the main premise of the book, i.e., help people lose weight – which in addition to telling you how to lose weight, focuses on mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
According to Perfect Weight America, people can find their perfect weight by following a four-phase diet plan which is spread out over 16 weeks. The book provides useful information about eating for your body type, that is, for apples and pears, as well as healthy snacking options.
Perfect Weight America also includes a rather amusing list of a dozen foods no one should ever eat – shhhh, half of the items on that list are my favorites – as well as a comprehensive resource guide, and yummy recipes.
