Perez Hilton Weight

Perez Hilton’s weight is dwindling. And that’s a good thing because it means that Perez Hilton’s diet and weight loss are the real deal and not just a short term publicity stunt. I do not know if he knows how to lose 50 pounds, but he has been steadily losing weight for some time now, and according to my estimate he has already lost at least 50 pounds.
While losing 50 pounds is great, the thing that really stands out is not how much weight he has lost, but how he looks now. Look at those hams! His legs look incredible, which is very unusual because most men – especially those who were overweight – often have what is known as chicken legs.
Having said that, he needs to start working on his upper body. It needs a lot of work. Perez’s midsection is going to be the most challenging thing to “fix.”
What he probably does not know, however, is that it would be a mistake (a common one, by the way) to focus on the abs directly. The best way to bring out the abs is to work on arms, chest, shoulders and legs using old-school compound exercises such as barbell squats, deadlifts, standing curls, and rows.
Does Perez Hilton need to lose any more weight? I do not know, it is hard to tell, but I think the answer is no. He does not need to lose any more weight – okay, maybe just a few more pounds. The time has come to focus on making his body more defined, not skinnier. [source: Life and Style]
