Paula Deen‘s diet plan – healthy or not? Is Paula Deen’s diet plan balanced? It does not seem so. Can Paula Deen’s diet plan help you manage diabetes? Probably not. Can Paula Deen’s diet plan help you lose 25 pounds in 2 weeks? No, it cannot. Can Paula Deen’s diet plan help you lose 10 pounds in 5 days? I doubt it. Let’s face it, her way of eating is questionable.

Is Paula Deen fat? Some would say that she is overweight and needs to lose weight as soon as possible, which could help her control diabetes. Others would say that she is definitely not fat and does not need to lose any weight. Regardless of what you think, in my opinion, her eating habits need to change. Why would I think that? Because, allegedly, she has been recently spotted eating a cheeseburger with fries.

Now, if you are not overweight, do not need to lose weight and do not have diabetes, there is nothing wrong with eating a burger with fries. Even if you have diabetes, I guess you can eat something like that once in a while, but she said that she is going to make some changes to the way she eats. Has she? I do not know if she has made any real changed. Am I surprised? Hardly. I just do not see her switching to a healthier diet. It is up to her to make the change. Nobody can force her to do it. But if she wants to be an inspiration for people who are living with diabetes, her actions need to match her words. [source: TMZ]
