Paige Turco knows very well that she has to be as fit as the guys from The Agency, which is a pretty good motivator for her. How does she do it?

It certainly helps that Page is a former dancer and loves to work out. But to stave off boredom, Turco mixes up her routine, which is a combination of Pilates, yoga, running, and power walks.

Paige Turco’s favorite body part “My calves. It took years to develop them with dancing, and they’re still strong and shapely,” she says.

Paige Turco’s workout:

Power walk for 10 minutes, run for 2 minutes; repeat walk/run pattern for a total of 30 to 45 minutes (3 or 4 days a week).

Pilates Training session with a Pilates instructor (1 hour; 1 or 2 days a week)

Ashtanga yoga classes (2 or 3 days a week)

Stretching (10 minutes a day)

Pilates-style sit-ups such as teaser and crisscross (15 to 25 reps each; daily)

Paige Turco’s next challenge Mastering martial arts. “They have the same freedom of movement as dancing. And I like that martial arts combine mind, body and spirit by improving your focus and awareness,” she says.
