One Meal a Day to Lose Weight

My problem is that I want to lose weight. But I only have one meal a day, therefore I can’t go on a diet cuz I’ll just be eating more than I already do (which probably makes me gain weight rather than losing it). I have tried to do exercises but later on I read exercises only won’t give me a flat belly, it said I have to change my diet too. So this is what I’m stuck at. Could you please tell me? The reason why you cannot lose weight is because you are only eating one meal a day. You need to eat to lose weight. If you do not, your body goes into starvation mode, which slows down your metabolism. Your body needs calories to function properly. You have to eat at least three times a day. So yes, you are correct; you need to change your diet, but you need to start following a balanced diet.

If you do not know how to eat healthy, read the how to eat healthy and lose weight post. Do not spend your time on trying to make your belly flat. It is a waste of your time. You need to lose weight. When you do, your belly will follow, but it is impossible to just lose belly fat.
