Does the NutriFit diet work? Can the NutriFit diet help you lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks without using clenbuterol or diet pills? The short answer, assuming all things being equal, is basically yes. That having been said, while I am not a fan of pre-packaged diets or food delivery services, I am not going to tell you that the NutriFit diet is not a good diet or that it cannot help you lose 20 pounds in 1 month, but I do not like NutriFit’s emphasis on carbohydrates. I believe it is easier to lose weight when a diet is structured around lean proteins and fiber-rich vegetables, but again, just because NutriFit’s structure is different, does not mean that it is not a good diet.

How does the NutriFit diet work? Jackie Keller has designed the meals with the following ratios in mind: 60 percent carbohydrates, 20 percent lean protein and 20 percent healthy fats. Butter and regular cheese are missing in action. The taste, on the other hand, is not missing in action, which is obviously important. The meals taste great.

How to do it Sign up online and customize the menus to fit your taste and lifestyle. Meals are delivered several times a week.

Breakfast: French toast. Snack: Protein smoothie. Lunch: Seafood salad. Snack: NutriFit energy bar. Dinner: Chicken parmigiana, roasted tomato soup and a poached-pear dessert.
