		<description>Hi, I actually love the Six Week Body Makeover plan....it does not include dairy (you&#039;re right that it&#039;s not an essential part of a healthy diet), however egg whites are something you can have for protein, while discarding the yolks (too high in fat). If you don&#039;t like egg whites, you can have another low-fat protein, such as chicken, fish, or turkey breast. It&#039;s important that you eat food that you like, otherwise it would feel like a diet instead of a lifestyle change. ;) 

Basically, you&#039;re just eating whole foods, including carbs, and leaving out the processed food. Your energy soars and the weight drops off.</description>
