Nintendo Wii Fit

The new Nintendo Wii Fit comes loaded with more than 40 fitness activities, including yoga, running, and strength training. If you like skiing, for example, you have to try the downhill program.
You stand on the balance H board (included with the Nintendo Wii Fit), the sensors determine your position, then create an image of you on the screen. Soon you will be making tracks down a run.
The Nintendo Wii Fit board is sensitive to the slightest movements, so you have to keep twisting to stay on the “slope.” Surprisingly, virtual skiing fells almost as challenging as the real thing.
