Nicole Richie: Weight Gain and Diet

While “officially� skinny, but not anorexic Kate Bosworth is trying to gain weight with protein shakes, Nicole Richie, who despite losing 90 pounds has denied numerous times being anorexic, apparently is gaining weight.

“She has (put on) at least 5 lbs.,” says a source close to the actress. “She wants to prove she’s trying to change.” This is great news, we are happy for her. But the question is: Can Nicole Richie’s diet sustain her effort to gain weight?

If these pictures tell us anything, Richie’s nutritionist is either slacking, or clueless, or perhaps both. I do not remember seeing her eating a good salad, fruits, steak, fish, or anything resembling a healthy diet.

Is this why she is having a hard time gaining weight? Maybe, I do not know. What I do know, however, is that her body seems to be screaming for a nutritious meal which does not include fast food, candies, Coke, and energy drinks.

Has Rachel Zoe been Nicole Richie’s nutritionist by any chance?
