Nicole Eggert Diet

Continued from Nicole Eggert’s Weight Loss.

Nicole Eggert‘s diet is not perfect. But while Nicole Eggert’s diet can be improved, it is actually a good thing that her diet is not ideal. What? Yes, Nicole Eggert’s diet cannot be perfect because a perfect diet does not exist. But the question is: Can Nicole Eggert’s diet help you lose weight in four weeks?

I think it is a mistake to follow somebody’s diet. What you can and should do is to take her diet as a framework, as an example of how to eat, but you need to make it your own and make adjustments to it so that it reflects your individual needs and preferences. For example, I would incorporate a sugar detox of sorts into her diet, but again, maybe you do not need to do that, the changes you make should be consistent with your eating habits and dieting goals.

Nicole Eggert’s diet deconstructed:

Breakfast She used to not eat breakfast; things have changed – now she eats oatmeal every morning, which is a good breakfast option high in fiber and complex carbohydrates.

Lunch It is all about salads. She eats many different salads that consist of a wide variety of greens, dressings and proteins.

Dinner While she sometimes opts for a frozen Lean Cuisine meal, most of the time she eats a broiled fish or chicken with her favorite vegetables (spinach and broccoli). From time to time she also orders sushi made with brown rice.

Snacks Her snacks are kind of all over the place. She indulges her sugar cravings with a small piece of dark chocolate, which is a good snack, but 100-calorie cookies are not. Low-fat yogurt and protein bars are also on her snacking menu. [source: People]
