According to media reports, Nicky Hilton weighed about 155 pounds in December 2005.
Now, In Touch is reporting that she has lost about 30 pounds!
Nicky Hilton has adopted a healthy lifestyle over the past few months and lost an estimated 30 pounds by taking up running, spinning and Pilates, plus eating smaller portions.
“She just decided that she wants a change in her life,” says a pal.
“She is also in love with David Katzenberg and that helps!” Nicky once said that Paris Hilton “always eats my foodâ€? – that probably contributed to her recent weight loss, too.
