New Good Food

New Good Food by Margaret M. Wittenberg.

New Good Food claims that shopping lists containing items like organic quinoa, millet, and triticale are becoming more common – and for healthy reasons.

In New Good Food, Margaret M. Wittenberg delves into the world of organic foods to help guide you through its twists and turns.

New Good Food clarifies food label confusion, includes seasonal produce charts, and offers advice on how to choose fish with the lowest mercury levels.

It is a pretty good book, but personally I did not find any new information in it, which of course does not mean that it does not contain any new information. It just seems to be for someone who never heard of organic foods, but it does clear up the confusion about the labels that you often see on organic foods.
