“It’s Britney, bitch.” Or more like, it’s the new Britney Spears and she is not afraid to show off her bikini body. She is still working on putting the finishing touches on her bod, and I think she is making a pretty good progress.

Multiple sources report that Britney desperately craves to get her slim, toned bikini body back. Reportedly, she has already lost about 20 pounds in four weeks and she is still losing weight. Currently, Britney’s weight is estimated to be just below 120 pounds. Here goal is to get down to about 110 pounds.

How did she lose 20 pounds and what is Britney’s overall fitness plan? This time, thankfully, there are no reports of any funny business with lipo or the so-called fat burners; she is doing it clean.

Britney Spears’ Diet Changes The most significant improvement in Britney’s diet has to do with limiting her fast food intake. Now she eats fast food only once a week on her “cheat” day. She has also cut back on sugar and has increased her intake of lean protein, whole grains and healthy snacks. Britney also is taking a multivitamin.

Britney Spears’ Active Recovery Workout One source reports that Britney’s exercise program is called Active Recovery, which involves high-intensity work on each muscle group moving without any rest from one muscle group to another.

Another aspect of Britney’s workout Britney’s personal trainer, Marc Corliss, helps her with interval training – which is basically a combination of cardio and strength training – as well as lots of stretching.
