NeNe Leakes‘ diet has improved dramatically. No celery diet for her. But I think NeNe Leakes’ diet needs an extra kick. Thanks to her personal trainer, she is now eating breakfast, which is great, but she is still having a hard time letting ago of carbs. While she has reduced her consumption of simple carbohydrates, the potato chips are still on her menu. How can NeNe Leakes’ diet be improved? She can start with a sugar detox, for example. She also needs to increase her protein intake, and the high fiber foods list can help her consume a wider variety of high-fiber fruits and vegetables.

NeNe’s lunch is perfect. It usually consists of salads and chicken. Her dinner, however, is another story. She basically does not eat dinner, which is bad. Why would not she eat a proper dinner? Leakes blames it on the portion sizes, they are “very large,” she says, so she never orders an entrée and only eats an appetizer. Clearly, she has to read the how to eat healthy and lose weight post as soon as possible.

How about preparing your own dinner, NeNe? If you do, you have full control over the portion size and the ingredients. Another solution is to order an entrée that you can eat regardless of the portion size. Can’t she order fish and veggies, for example? She also says that she does not like healthy foods, but for the most part, she eats them anyway.
