Navi Rawat: Workout and Diet

“It’s a way to combine exercise with fun,” says Rawat, 26, of the leg-toning cardio.

She also goes to the gym five days a week for circuit training and Pilates. “When you’re rollerblading, you focus on your core, so you’ll also see a difference in your stomach!”- says Navi Rawat.

Navi Rawat’s diet is all about raw food, kind of. Every morning, she eats a Larabar (an organic chocolate snack) and drinks “a lot of water,” has salad for lunch and fish and veggies for dinner. “I love Japanese food [Matsuhisa and Nobu are faves].”

Her weakness are M&Ms – “But I haven’t had them in a long time”, says Rawat. [via Us]
