Is Paris Hilton the best person to promote Naturally Thin? I mean, she is naturally thin – does she need Naturally Thin to lose weight? No, she does not.

That said, if you are not naturally thin, you will probably find the book very useful. Bethenny Frankel, author of Naturally Thin, is a natural-foods chef – she is also a star of The Real Housewives of New York City, but that is another story – that knows what it takes to eat healthy.

But the question is: Can Naturally Thin make you, well, thin? If you follow what it preaches, I think it can help most people lose some weight. It contains a seven day program designed to help you change or improve your eating habits, and it has just enough recipes that show how easy it is to control your daily calorie intake without sacrificing the taste of what you eat.

All in all, Naturally Thin is a pretty good book. It does not make outrages weight-loss claims that are often found in similar books. It gives you an easy to follow weight-loss plan, which is well explained and straightforward.

However, if you are already familiar with the basics of dieting and are looking for something beyond an intermediate level, you will probably find this book a bit predictable and not very informative.
