Nadya Suleman’s diet is almost perfect. There is nothing particularly wrong with Nadya Suleman’s diet, but it could be a little more balanced. On the other hand, given how many kids she has, I am surprised she follows a diet at all. There is a lot to like about Nadya Suleman’s diet. It is high in protein and contains complex carbohydrates. Her breakfast, for example, is basically the same breakfast that many bodybuilders eat. Impressive!
Breakfast “I eat a lot of oatmeal made with low-fat milk. I will also whip in an egg for extra protein. People look at fat or calories, but I focus on protein. If it is high in protein, I eat it,” says Suleman.
Lunch Her midday menu mainly consists of sushi, turkey sandwiches (using wheat crackers, mustard and low-fat cheese) or some chicken with vegetables.
Dinner She eats anything her kids eat. Beef or chicken stew with vegetables is what they eat the most. “As long as it is nutritious, it is good to eat,” she says.
Snacks “I love Pinkberry frozen yogurt,” she says. She likes mocha frappuccinos from Starbucks (they are high in calories and loaded with sugar), which is obviously not a good snacking option, but her other favorite snack, cottage cheese and fruit, is great.
I think Nadya Suleman’s diet demonstrates that even if you are an extremely busy mom, it is possible to follow a healthy diet. She has 14 kids, but she found a way to eat healthy, and she has lost a lot of weight in the process. Her current weight is 125 pounds, which is impressive given the fact she was 270 pounds while pregnant. [via]

Oh please. We have seen way too many photos and videos of her at the fast food places and the starbucks coffee. Unless MickeyD’s now sells turkey with wheat crackers. This reality show wanna be now wants to believe she’s a diet and exercise expert.
